See the house from anywhere, without living in a control room.
Discreet coverage where it earns its place, recorded locally, reachable from the drive home. Cameras should be something you forget about until the day you need them.

Coverage that earns its place.
Placement
Approaches, entries and the driveway — chosen for what they actually show at night, not for how many you can fit on a quote.
Recording
Local storage sized for the retention you want, with remote access that does not depend on somebody else's subscription staying alive.
Integration
Camera views on the same panels and app as everything else, and a doorbell that rings where you can hear it.
What a camera actually shows at night
Most disappointment in this category is nocturnal. A camera that looks excellent in daylight can be useless at two in the morning, which is when it matters. Sensor size, lens speed and whether there is any ambient light at all decide that, and so does where the camera sits relative to a porch light. We specify for the dark, then check it in the dark.
Recorded here, not on somebody else's terms
Footage records to storage in the house, sized for the retention you want — two weeks, thirty days, longer. Remote viewing works over your own connection. That means no monthly fee to keep your own recordings, and no vendor able to change the terms of access to them later.
Fewer cameras, better placed
Approaches, entry points and the driveway earn their place. A camera pointed at a blank stretch of lawn does not, however cheap it was to add. We would rather specify six that show something useful than fourteen that fill a quote and a hard drive.
On the same screens as everything else
Camera views appear on the same wall panels and the same app as the lighting and the music, and the doorbell rings somewhere you can actually hear it. A camera system that needs its own separate app is a camera system nobody checks.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not for recording or for viewing your own cameras — that runs on hardware in your house. Some manufacturers charge for optional cloud backup, and we will tell you plainly whether it is worth it for your situation.
How much footage is kept?
Whatever the storage is sized for. Thirty days is a common target. Camera count, resolution and how much movement is in frame all affect it, so we size it against your actual layout.
Can we watch from a phone?
Yes, from anywhere, and from the wall panels at home. The same view, whether you are in the kitchen or on a plane.
Where are cameras usually a bad idea?
Anywhere they overlook a neighbor's private space. Texas law is broadly permissive about recording your own property, but placement still deserves thought, and we raise it during design rather than after installation.
