Twenty years of getting it right the first time.
Blue Note A/V designs, installs and maintains the technology inside high-end homes across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. One firm, one point of contact, from the first drawing to the phone call ten years later.
We are not in the business of installing equipment. We are in the business of making a beautiful room work beautifully — and then staying quiet about it.

The drawing comes before the equipment.
We sit down with you, your builder and your designer before anything is specified. What the rooms are for, how the family actually moves through the house, where the wire has to go while the walls are still open. The equipment list is the last decision, not the first.
Then we install it ourselves. No subcontracted programming, no handing the network to somebody else. The people who designed your system are the people who commission it — and the people who answer when you call.
Certified, and accountable for it.
Anyone can buy the equipment. The certifications are what let us program it, register it under warranty, and get a manufacturer on the phone when a house needs one.

Certified Lighting & Shading
Lutron-certified across RadioRA, HomeWorks and Ketra — the credential required to spec, commission and service a whole-home lighting and shading system.

Certified Dealer & Programmer
Multiple Control4 certifications held in-house — system design, programming, networking and warranty registration handled by us, never subcontracted.

Certified Integrator
ELAN systems designed, programmed and supported directly by us, including the control interfaces and remotes your family actually touches.

Certified Networking
Alta Labs-certified network design. The network is the one thing every other system depends on, so we build it first and we build it properly.

Lutron Silver Dealer
Silver is renewed annually. It requires year-over-year volume targets, yearly certification, and training, testing and certification across the Lutron range — from Caséta at the entry through to HomeWorks, plus Palladiom and Ketra.
Not every dealer holds all of them. It is a volume and training commitment re-earned every year, not a badge bought once.
It also requires holding full sets of shade samples. That is why you can see and handle the actual fabrics, at the actual openness factors, before you choose — rather than picking a window covering off a screen.

Hear it before you commit to it.
Our showroom is not a retail floor. It is a working room where you can sit down, listen to the speakers you are considering in a properly treated space, and see lighting scenes and shades move the way they will in your own house. One appointment at a time, so it stays quiet.

Most of this industry sells you a system and disappears. Blue Note Encore is how we stay — monitoring, updating and answering for what we built, in three levels.
